In mediation, individuals come together face to face or online in a private, safe, informal space to flexibly and confidentially create balanced solutions to conflict.
A parent coach is for parents, caregivers, and those who work in the early childhood field. Parent coaching with Hale Strategies, LLC uses the Active Parenting course material for the First 5 Years, Active Parenting 5-12 years, Active Parenting of Teens, Teens, Step/Foster Families, and Cooperative Coparenting through Separation and Divorce.
Conflict during and after divorce is commonplace. Parent Coordination can significantly decrease the harm conflict between coparents has on the children. Parent Coordination focus’ on the children by helping coparents navigate the emotions and conflict that can occur during this difficult time.
